Prior to joining the army he worked as a mechanical engineer in the U.K. where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in design and development. Founded Recoil 2014 to design and develop innovative new exercise products.

Mark Gibbons - Co-Founder and COO

A lifetime athlete starting off in running and martial arts at a very young age. Working professionally in the areas of executive protection and investigations for some of the largest gaming companies in the world. Mark moved to a senior executive/corporate role working internationally. Throughout his career Mark participated in ultra endurance events and competed at a national level in cycling and has continued teaching martial arts
